Our Mission is to train global pastors, leaders, and emerging leaders in prayer and evangelism that results in the making of disciples.

We are rooted in prayer first, in order that we are led through the Holy Spirit in reaching the world for Jesus Christ.  Our model is Biblically based on multiplication through 2 Timothy 2:2 –

“The things [the doctrine, the precepts, the admonitions, the sum of my ministry] which you have heard me teach in the presence of many witnesses, entrust [as a treasure] to reliable and faithful men who will also be capable and qualified to teach others.” (Amplified)

In many of the rural regions we teach, there is no formal Bible training – even for pastors.  For most of those we teach, GEM has become their Bible college.  Those “Timothies” we teach agree to teach and disciple 6-12 Timothies of their own, thus becoming their “Paul”.  Multiple generations of Timothies have been raised, some taking GEM teachings back into their home countries.

Through our prayer-first followed by deep Biblical training method (through almost 60 full-day lessons), God has:

• Called over 10,000 teaching Timothies who continue to raise more Timothies.
• Raised 7500 prayer plants.  Through listening prayer, God has led at least 2200 of these to turn into church plants (often where there was no other church).
• Allowed us to distribute many thousands of Bibles – most to people who have never had a Bible of their own to read and study.
• Raised up many tens of thousands of new believers who now know salvation through Jesus Christ discipled through GEM Timothies.
