Burundi Orphans

Our two-fold ministry of feeding of orphans of Burundi is a blessing to many. Many of the
orphans in Burundi are street orphans. Food is scarce. GEM has partnered with a church in
the economically poor village of Gatumba (with a high population of street orphans) where we
assist pastors and leaders with both spiritual and physical food for the multitude of children.

Typically our Vacation Bible School style gatherings of kids will draw between 1000-3000
children. Each child needs to be fed. Money is used to provide both hot meals for the children,
as well as supplies for teaching the gospel.
